Carrot Juice

Carrot juice is a delicious and nutritious drink for us. It’s one of my favorite drinks in the morning. Carrot juice can improve our physical and mental health. Especially, it’s easier to absorb nutrients and antioxidants from juice. Let’s do it.

Carrot Juice Ingredients
  1. 1 carrot
  2. Half a apple
  3. A stalk of celery
  4. Lemon quarter slice
  5. 1 teaspoon honey
  6. 250 ml water
  7. Some ice cubes

1. Wash the carrot, apple and celery thoroughly under cold running water, peel the carrot, apple and lemon. Chop all ingredients into small pieces.

2. Add them in the blender.

3. Add the small amount of water, honey and ice cubes.

4. Blend on medium about 10~15 seconds until all ingredients mix well.

5. Pour into a cup or container and enjoy with or without ice.

Tip: For a juice-like consistency, you can squeeze liquid out of the nut milk bag.
