Summer is coming. It’s also the season for mango in Subtropical. We will use mango to make cool-down dishes, such as mango ice cream, mango jelly, dried mango, etc. One of the popular drinks is mango smoothie. It’s easy and quick to make. Let’s welcome summer with this mango yogurt smoothie.
YIELD: 400 ml | Time: 5 min
- 1 mango
- 4 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 cup of ice cube
- 1 tablespoon honey (Optional, If the mango isn’t sweet enough, add some honey as you like)
Tools & Equipment
1. Dice the mango into pieces.
2. Add ice cubes, the mango, and yogurt into a blender. Blend until smooth. (If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little water.)
3. Serve the mango yogurt smoothie.
